About Neslihan Uçar Çadırcı
After completing her education at the Italian High School in Istanbul, Neslihan Uçar Çadırcı graduated from the Department of Economics (English) at Istanbul University.
Çadırcı began her career at IBM Turkey in 1999. She subsequently served as a director at Turkcell Communication Services between 2000 and 2015, working in the areas of digital marketing, mobile services, corporate marketing solutions, and partnerships.
Following her tenure at Turkcell, Çadırcı served as Managing Partner at Agency So.Ho., which she co-founded and which operates in the field of digital marketing solutions. In 2018, she became General Manager of Hopi, where she led the company’s digital transformation, the development of new business models, and growth strategies. Between 2021 and 2024, she worked as a consultant and trainer in the fields of digital transformation, big data, and digital marketing.
In 2024, Çadırcı joined İBB Spor İstanbul as Deputy General Manager, where she was responsible for marketing, events, and sustainability, and led the management of major mass-participation sporting events in Istanbul, particularly the Istanbul Marathon.
Fluent in Italian and English, Çadırcı is married and has one child.
As of October 2026, she has been appointed General Manager of Beltur, one of the subsidiaries of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB).
